I have been creating pieces of art and furniture all my life.

From small hand held pieces to large many component functional pieces that took months to create. All have one thing in common a unique story captured elegantly.

I have also had a long career in mechanical design working in industries such as automotive, energy, sensors and interconnections. Even in the very utilitarian endeavors that this career entailed, brought solutions that were achieved a sense of elegance. This elegance was portrayed in its seeming simplicity of form and function while underpinning a myriad of requirements.

Now I am turning all of my attention to what was once an overflow to my desire to create elegant solutions, to now being the mainstay of my creativity.

Sculpture that reflects my love of my Celtic heritage and functional art in the form of furnishings that still hold this Celtic bond.

I see as my influences in my youth being Jim Fitzpatrick, George Bain and ancient Celtic works such as the Book of Kells.

In furniture and sculpture there is Joseph Walsh, Nick Pedulla and John Lee
